Service Availability

Services are subject to availability, location, appointment scheduling, applicable eligibility requirements, and the policies of the relevant receiving agency or service provider. Certain services may not be available in all locations.

Appointment Policy

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate appointment information
• Bringing valid identification
• Verifying service requirements with receiving agencies
• Arriving on time for appointments

Background Check and Agency Requirements

Customers are responsible for confirming the fingerprinting, identification, and submission requirements of the receiving agency or organization. Submission requirements, processing times, eligibility determinations, and acceptance of results are subject to the applicable agency or provider. We do not guarantee processing times or outcomes controlled by third parties.

Payments

Payment is required before booking. An appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.

All fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

Travel fees apply to mobile appointments and are billed separately from service fees.

Appointment Cancellation and Refunds

Appointment cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility may vary by service. Applicable fees and cancellation requirements will be communicated at the time of booking. Refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable service policy and law.

SMS Terms of Service

By affirmatively opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive messages related to the services you requested. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
