If your fingerprints are not accepted within 30 days due to print quality, we will re-roll them at no additional charge. For mobile reprint appointments, travel fees will apply.
Mobile Service
- All travel requests require a minimum of 24-hour notice to ensure proper scheduling.
- Travel fees are billed separately from service costs and are calculated based on the current Uber round-trip rate from our office to your location.
- Mobile appointment payments and travel fees are non-refundable.
