You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, military ID, or permanent resident card. Any agency paperwork or fingerprint cards required for your appointment should also be brought with you.
We provide mobile fingerprinting throughout Massachusetts and office appointments in Boston Seaport and Somerville. We also offer Live Scan fingerprinting and FD-258 fingerprint cards.
Yes. We provide mobile fingerprinting services across Massachusetts. A technician can come directly to your home, office, school, healthcare facility, or business location. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for all mobile appointments, and travel fees apply separately from fingerprinting service fees.
Yes. We provide Live Scan fingerprinting services for background checks, licensing, and employment requirements that require electronic submission. Please call to verify your agency accepts Live Scan.
Live Scan is a digital fingerprinting process that captures fingerprints electronically and submits them directly to agencies for background checks and licensing.
The FD-258 is the standard FBI fingerprint card used for employment, licensing, immigration, and background check submissions.
We provide Live Scan fingerprinting, FD-258 fingerprint cards, employment background checks, professional licensing fingerprinting, healthcare and education fingerprinting, immigration fingerprinting, and FBI fingerprint cards.
Yes. Black ink FD-258 fingerprint cards and Live Scan services are accepted nationwide for licensing boards, employers, government agencies, and background checks across all 50 states.
Most appointments take 15–30 minutes, depending on the number of fingerprint cards and agency requirements.
Yes. Appointments are required for both mobile and office fingerprinting services.
No. Completed fingerprint cards are provided directly to you at the end of your appointment. Customers are responsible for mailing or submitting their fingerprint cards to the requesting agency.
If your fingerprints are not accepted within 30 days due to print quality, we will re-roll them at no additional charge. For mobile reprint appointments, travel fees will apply.
Yes. We provide mobile and office notary services across Massachusetts for individuals and businesses.

No. All services are non-refundable once booked or completed.
Yes. You may reschedule your appointment, but at least 24-hour notice is required to avoid a rescheduling fee. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
